Job Description:
As a PR Associate at Schindler Group, located in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, you will be responsible for managing the public relations efforts of the company. You will work closely with the PR Manager to develop and implement communication strategies that promote the company's brand and reputation. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute PR campaigns to raise awareness of the company's products and services. 2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure press coverage. 3. Write press releases, pitches, and other materials to communicate key messages to the public. 4. Monitor media coverage and social media channels to track the company's reputation. 5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. 6. Assist with organizing and promoting company events, such as product launches and press conferences. 7. Support PR Manager in crisis communication efforts as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in PR or a related field. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software. 6. Experience with social media and digital marketing is a plus.
