Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Remote Social Media Manager to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement with our target audience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a social media strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) - Monitor analytics and track performance of social media campaigns - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Negotiation skills - Previous experience in social media management is a plus
