We are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team at Swatch Group. This is a full-time, entry-level position that can be done from the comfort of your own home. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create and curate high-quality content for our social media channels. 3. Monitor and respond to comments and messages on all platforms. 4. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports to management. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing. 6. Collaborate with other teams to create integrated marketing campaigns. 7. Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. 8. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. 9. Stay current with new social media platforms and tools to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field. 2. Strong understanding of social media analytics and insights. 3. Excellent communication and writing skills. 4. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks. 5. Reliable and hardworking. 6. Strong negotiation and research skills. 7. Experience with social media advertising platforms is a plus.
