Description ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to strengthen our Delivery Management Team to drive end-to-end client projects for one of our key Life Science Customer, cooperating closely with our Account Managers and Business Development. What Youll Do Manage Customer relationship, expectations, represent delivery on governance level Address Customer issues, identify and manage engagement risks Co-ordinate the preparation of Customer proposals and statements of work Run multiple streams of activities and coordinate with Customer groups in various stages of the lifecycle Be accountable for delivery in all aspects financial, sourcing, implementation, and business as well as regulatory requirements Cooperate with your peers, delivery partners, technology consultants, account managers and solution architects Work closely with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, architects, engineers, and quality assurance experts to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives. Identify and manage engagement risks and flag serious issues early Participate in business development at existing clients and at new prospects.
