We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients.Au sein de l’unité Marketing & Communication, vous rejoindrez l’équipe Communication Interne dans le cadre d’un contrat temporaire de 4 à 6 mois, à compter de juillet 2024.Taux d’occupation souhaité : entre 80% et 100% :VOTRE MISSION :Rédiger et éditer des news quotidiennes diffusées sur notre site Intranet, ainsi que différents types de messages internes (annonces, discours, etc.) ;Identifier toute initiative, événement ou projet méritant d’être partagé au sein du Groupe ;Soutenir toute action de communication interne, incluant la rédaction, l’édition ou la relecture de documents (articles, brochures, emails, newsletters, scripts vidéos, Group news, etc.) ;Contribuer au développement d’un réseau de répondants au sein des départements du Groupe ainsi que dans plus de 25 bureaux ;Soutenir l’équipe dans la conceptualisation, la gestion et la communication de projets internes (1Roof, campagnes internes, événements, etc.). PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans les domaines suivants : Journalisme, Agences ou Marketing & Communication ;Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles (orthographe parfaite), en français et en anglais ;Maîtrise d’outils de graphisme, un plus ;Intérêt manifeste pour les nouvelles technologies, la vidéo et les réseaux sociaux ;Aptitude à travailler dans une équipe pluridisciplinaire et interculturelle au sein d’une organisation matricielle ;Aptitude à la gestion de projets et à la planification ;Excellentes connaissances des outils informatiques Office ;Esprit d’équipe et d’initiative, autonomie, flexibilité, sens des priorités et résistance au stress ;Domicile en SuisseOur Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
