Account Manager 100% (m/f/d)

Do you love taking the initiative? Do you excel at leading projects and making yourself indispensable to both your clients and your team? We're looking for a talented and organised Account Manager for whom project management and client relations come naturally.

What you'll be doing

You manage multi-channel communication projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initial concept and scoping through budgeting, development, presentations, and final execution.

You lead your account(s) proactively and are the primary point of contact for your client(s).

You are accountable for overall project success, diligently keeping budgets, schedules, and quality in check.

You have a close collaboration with our in-house creative, social and digital team to ensure on-time delivery of high-end marketing and advertising collaterals.

You handle day-to-day client communication and conduct regular status meetings to ensure their needs are being met and expectations are aligned.

Job requirements

What you bring along

You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience and are familiar with the processes and procedures of an advertising agency.

You have relevant experience in professional customer relationship management and can present confidently in customer meetings.

You feel at home when it comes to planning, directing and managing projects.

You quickly adapt to new situations and take on responsibility without hesitation.

You thrive when you work with others and feel energised whenever engaging with clients.

You show grit, perseverance and determination fueled by a strong passion for what you do.

You are fluent in both English and German.
