YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage, develop and maintain remotely tail end customer (low potential and other selected customers) to maximize sales and profit. Identify opportunities and serve existing customers and prospects (lead generation). Develop business for low potential and other selected customers, incl. range selling, cross-selling & value-based pricing. Execute remote sales activities: prepare, coordinate, negotiate, close proposals, respond to RFQs. Identify high potential accounts and set strategies for converting prospect Identify, prioritize and contact prospects. Manage customer related initiatives / projects. Maintain CRM, complete relevant reporting, etc. Participation in training courses Knowledge of the requirements from GMP/GDP) Obligation to comply with the respectively applicable process and work instructions as well as the legal requirements with regard to GMP/GDP
YOUR PROFILE
Completed commercial apprenticeship. Sales-oriented business experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical or life science industry. English and German language skills (Benefit : additional French or Italian language skills). IT skills (MS Office and ideally SAP, CRM, BW). Proactive telephone sales and the ability to convince and inspire customers. Customer-oriented and structured way of working, communication and contact skills. Independent working style.
