As an Accounting Specialist at Nestlé Waters, your mission is to manage and analyse financial information, ensure accurate accounting and reporting, and support effective business decision-making. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with Finance and Control colleagues, internal business teams and external stakeholders. How you’ll make an impact as an Accounting Specialist

• Delivering accurate and timely accounting, financial analysis and reporting across your areas of responsibility.


• Driving monthly closing activities, journal entries and balance sheet reviews to maintain reliable financial records.


• Preparing transparent forecasts of the overheads and analysing performance against budgets to support informed business decisions.


• Ensuring strong governance, internal controls and compliance through audit support and accurate statutory declarations.


• Managing treasury information, current accounts, asset records and master data to strengthen financial visibility and control.


• Coaching and supporting the Finance apprentice while collaborating closely with Finance colleagues and cost owners to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
  
  

What will make you successful

• Bringing very good knowledge of accounting and controlling principles, Swiss accounting standards and month-end closing processes.


• Applying good knowledge of controlling principles, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.


• Using SAP and Microsoft Office tools to support accounting, reporting and financial performance management activities.


• Collaborating proactively with internal stakeholders while demonstrating autonomy, accuracy and strong attention to detail.


• Communicating fluently in French and English; German is an advantage.
