Role Summary/Purpose

The Aeroderivative Industrialization Product Manager will report into the Aeroderivative Product Management Leader and will be responsible for providing product management leadership for Industrialization programs through collaboration across Aero business line, Aero Alliance Joint Venture (AAJV). Engineering and Supply Chain.

Essential Responsibilities

• Serve as the Aeroderivative product management point of contact for business line strategy deployment for Industrialization
• Own the MGPP (Multi Generation Product Plan) for Aeroderivative gas turbine Industrialization efforts focused on supporting near term business needs while building a roadmap for long term product capability across the value chain
• Build and execute product strategy roadmaps leveraging Industrialization efforts to unlock product capability to position for long term competitiveness
• Partner with Product Platform Managers, Engineering and Supply Chain to successfully execute Aero Industrialization programs on time and within budget
• Own business case outcomes for all Aero Industrialization programs including successful deployment through AAJV.
• Partner with AAJV and Engineering to build robust configuration management processes and tools
• Proactively manage program risks and mitigation strategies for all Aero Industrialization programs.
• Lead Product Management operating rhythms and tollgates for Industrialization programs
• Partner with Aero business line industrialization leader to deliver on Hoshin goals

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of experience on Gas Turbine Technology or similar industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a product line, engineering or program/project management.
