After Sales Assistant (CDD 8 months)

For a CDD (September to End of April 2026), we are looking for an After Sales Assistant to work at 60% rate in our headquarters in Satigny, Geneva.

Main responsibilities:

• Receiving defective devices and forwarding them to suppliers (following process in Oracle).
• Edition of RMA, supplier’s PO, quotes for repair, sales orders in Oracle.
• Follow-up of repairs with suppliers.
• Follow-up of repairs in all service centers – Reporting to ABO.
• Follow-up of quality issues with ABO & GVU.
• Follow technical requests on ticket platform and assign tickets.
• Contact with suppliers.
• Contact with customers about the repair status.
• For technical requests from customers, be in contact with dedicated engineers from Geneva & Prague.
• Support Project Managers and Sales Managers.
• Inventory of after sales stock in December.
• Order material from Prague or from external suppliers including shipment preparation.

• Knowledge of Oracle is a real plus.
• French & English mandatory.
• Knowledge of Excel and office in general.
