As part of a highly strategic and global environment, we are recruiting for our Industrial & Commodities Product Line an Agriculture Global Key Account Manager (F-M-D) on permanent contract.


 


Reporting to Global Agri Trade Director, you will join a team of international experts based in Geneva, Switzerland


 


You will work closely with our operational teams and our clients within the framework of global agricultural commodity trading, inspection, and certification activities.


 


WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH


 


Your mission is to design, lead, and execute global key account strategies for major agricultural players, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, client loyalty, and operational excellence worldwide. Your role is essential to strengthening Bureau Veritas’ global positioning and unlocking cross-regional business synergies.


 


You will:


• Define and deploy global, long-term account strategies aligned with both client roadmaps and Bureau Veritas’ strategic priorities


• Lead complex, multi-country negotiations and structure high-value framework agreements with top-tier agri players


• Drive profitable growth by identifying white spaces, cross-selling opportunities, and new service propositions across regions


• Act as a strategic advisor to clients by providing high-value insights on commodity markets, trade flows, and industry transformations


• Orchestrate and align cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all touchpoints


• Steer global account performance through data-driven decision-making (pipeline, profitability, KPIs) and implement corrective actions when needed


• Represent Bureau Veritas at executive and industry level, strengthening influence, credibility, and long-term partnerships

Global strategic account management — Ability to build and execute long-term, high-impact strategies for complex international clients


Agri-commodities & trading expertise — Strong understanding of agricultural markets, trading dynamics, and global value chains


Commercial leadership & negotiation — Proven success in structuring and closing large-scale international deals


Influence in matrix organizations — Ability to align, mobilize, and lead stakeholders worldwide without direct authority


TIC business & compliance acumen — Clear understanding of testing, inspection, certification activities and their value in global trade ecosystems


Agility & resilience — Ability to navigate ambiguity, structure opportunities, and deliver results in evolving and sometimes unstructured environments


Executive presence & collaboration — Credibility and posture to engage with C-level clients while fostering strong internal partnerships and team spirit


 


WHAT YOU MUST HAVE


 


You hold a degree Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, International Business or related field from an accredited institution.


You have at least 10 years of experience in international sales, key account management, or trading environments, ideally with a strong interest in agricultural commodities.
