Air Export Specialist (f/m/d)

We are seeking an Air Export Specialist to coordinate end-to-end airfreight shipments, ensuring timely execution and outstanding customer service. This includes managing pick-ups, deliveries, customs clearance, system updates, and proactively resolving any shipment issues.

These are your key tasks:

• Execute correctly the operational and customer service activities for airfreight shipments according to the instructions and guidelines of the company
• Manage pre- and post-flight dispositions, organize, follow-up and control pick-up’s and deliveries, customs clearance and all other shipment relevant activities. Taking proactive actions in case of any delay / irregularity
• Capture all necessary data in AS400 / CargoWise1, follow up shipments and provide feedback to the customer
• Provide a “top in class” customer service to our internal and external customers

• Successful 2nd level education (“Sekundarschule” or equivalent)
• Diploma as “Speditionsfachmann/ - Fachfrau” or equivalent in logistics/transportation industry
• Any additional professional training in the field of transport logistics and/or commercial activities are desirable
• Experience in airfreight operations as well as customer service and desirably DG/GDP trained Experience in sales or marketing
• A valid driver’s license
• Know-how of AS400 and/or CargoWise1
• Good working Know-how in XLS, PowerPoint, Word applications
• Fluent in German and English, both in oral and written. Additional languages for example French and/or Italian are desirable
• Open and very good communication skills as well as an impeccable customer service attitude
