We operate a fleet of 70 aircraft (Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24), along with the Cirrus SF50, combining Swiss precision and exceptional service to deliver a refined private flying experience,  exclusively for over 450 co-owners across Europe.

As part of our ongoing development, we are looking for a dedicated aircraft maintenance professional to support our operational excellence. The role involves performing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks in line with company standards and EASA regulations, while contributing to a safe, efficient, and collaborative working environment.

  • Report any defects causing operational deviations or restrictions to MCC.

  • Inform Senior Technician / Team Leader of delays or job cancellations with proper justification.

  • Lead, instruct, and motivate trainees to maximize efficiency, while promoting cost awareness within the team.

  • Ensure work orders are accurate and complete, including parts, man-hours, and relevant information for discovered defects.

  • Maintain high-quality documentation, properly filled and signed according to regulations and procedures.

  • Receive, store, and preserve parts according to manufacturer specifications and legal/internal regulations, including proper packing of components for shipping, including IATA Dangerous Goods when applicable.

  • Ensure tools are available, maintained, and in satisfactory condition for intended work.

  • Keep the work environment clean, safe, and organized.

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled tasks based on work orders and pilot reports, using approved maintenance data safely and efficiently.

  • Support certifying staff during troubleshooting and component assembly/installation.

  • Update the maintenance management system regularly to reflect activities, component changes, and man-hours.

  • Report progress, defects, or delays to assigned certifying staff.

Profile

  • Strong experience in aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Good knowledge of EASA (EU) No 1321/2014 Part 145 regulations

  • Completed technical apprenticeship or higher education

  • Current EASA B1.1 license holder

  • Minimum 5 years of practical aircraft maintenance experience

  • Type rating for Pilatus PC12 and/or PC24 considered an advantage

  • Team player, self-motivated, accurate, and well-organized

  • Flexible, quality-focused, and cost-conscious

  • Able to work and interact with multiple departments and contacts

  • Willing to travel occasionally and cover AOG duties or weekend shifts

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

  • Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of ERP systems
