Job Description:

JnJ IMPO is a Global Organization with teams based in US, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Ireland working in close collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Tax and Treasury.

Currently we are looking for a Finance Analyst IMPO Trade Business to join the IMPO organization.

Under the guidance of the Finance Manager (FM), the Finance Analyst will support all aspects of the Finance function related to Third Party Trade and Licensed Business activities.

The Finance Analyst will partner with various Business Operations and Supply Chain teams to proactively address critical business needs and to deliver accurate financial results ensuring compliance with the terms of the collaboration agreements.

The key responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

• Analysis & Reporting: Manage the financial and business aspects of third-party collaboration agreements, including actual and budget reporting.
• Contract Management: Interpret and advise on the contractual financial mechanisms tied to collaboration agreements.
• Stakeholders collaboration: Partner closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Legal, Tax and internal IMPO Finance teams — and with external partners when required — to resolve issues and enable decision-making.
• Support Audits: Own specific SOX controls and support internal audits by ensuring compliance, completeness of documentation, and control evidence.
• Process improvement: Identify and execute continuous process improvements to drive simplification and automation.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail, compliance orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Pro-active in connecting and energized to collaborate across functions.
• Hands-on mentality with a continuous mindset to challenge, improve and optimize current processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required. Experience with SAP, and Power Bi is a plus.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English
