As a successful applicant, you will join our Science and Research - Analytical Sciences department in Geneva. You are a highly motivated chemist eager to strengthen our expertise in our "Manufacturing Process Development and Optimization" group and contribute to the development of our new products through analytical chemistry. Identify, address and resolve chemical development and production challenges by conducting detailed analytical investigations and collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, applying your expertise in analytical and organic chemistry. Propose innovative approaches, such as advanced spectroscopic techniques, to enhance the success of process and reaction monitoring initiatives. Manage and mentor a team of technicians, fostering their professional development and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of their various projects. Plan, prioritize, and execute experiments to effectively address the scientific challenges presented. Build strategic relationships and communicate results clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
