We support our clients in developing differentiated, stable, usable, and safe injectable treatments for patients.We're seeking a skilled Anlagemeister / Filling Line Keeper to manage our cutting-edge filling system. Your responsibilites will include but not limited to: 

• Oversee and maintain the highly automated filling system to ensure optimal production readiness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Provide on-site shutdown support for maintenance activities and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Manage the inventory, organization, and storage of format parts.
• Collaborate with QA to document, analyze, and resolve system faults.
• Develop, implement, and maintain system-related documentation, including checklists and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Act as the primary liaison for the Isolator, Scade, and other relevant plant systems.
• Contribute to qualification and validation processes, including conducting new format qualifications.
• Deliver training and support to production personnel regarding system operation and best practices.

We are looking for someone with: 

• Completed vocational apprenticeship in a technical field (e.g. mechatronics technician) or a higher technical vocational qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a preference for fill & finish operations.
• Proven leadership experience in a team leader or similar role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in operating automated production systems and a strong foundation in electronics.
• Practical knowledge of small appliance operation, including autoclaves and washing machines, as well as compounding experience.
• Excellent team player with a positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
• Strong German language skills and proficient English language proficiency (both verbal and written).
• Proven ability to drive results and contribute to organizational success.
