Your mission and your profile
We are looking for a skilled and motivated architect to take a key role in our projects. From concept development to construction documentation, you will be actively involved in shaping innovative design solutions while collaborating with consultants, contractors, and clients.
This position requires 5-7 years of experience and has diverse knowledge of architectural principles, uses advanced techniques, and is responsible for finished plans, specifications, and material approval. This role may supervise a small staff of architects and technicians.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop design concepts and detailed architectural drawings
- Lead the preparation of construction documents and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct detailed site analysis and feasibility studies
- Participate in client presentations and meetings
- Ensure project documentation meets quality standards
- Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling and budgeting
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
- Strong conceptual design skills
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, V-Ray, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Suite
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Initiative in response to direction from managers
- Experience in developing design options and editing drawings
- Ability to work under pressure and budget time efficiently
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Professional degree in Architecture
- 5-7 years of professional experience (excluding internships)
- To ensure Swiss hiring regulations: EU/ EFTA nationality is mandatory (a residence permit is not enough)
