Architect (7-10 Years of Experience)

We are looking for an experienced architect to largely independently plan and execute the design and implementation of medium to large-scale projects. In this role, you will develop innovative architectural solutions, navigate complex challenges, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and confidently manage stakeholder relationships.

With 7–10 years of experience, you will take responsibility for the entire project lifecycle – from concept to completion – ensuring that design and construction processes meet the highest quality standards. You will work with minimal supervision, report to senior management, and have the ability to lead and coordinate a larger team of architects and technicians.

• Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments with unique or controversial complexities
• Lead the design and development of complex architectural projects
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships
• Conduct advanced site analysis and manage on-site construction activities
• Present design solutions and project updates to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory

• Strong conceptual and design skills
• Client management and project coordination
• Technical detailing and construction administration
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, V-Ray, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Suite
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Initiative in response to direction or instruction
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of construction methods

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 7-10 years of professional experience (excluding internships)
• Experience in filing construction documents and construction administration
• To ensure Swiss hiring regulations: EU/ EFTA nationality is mandatory (a residence permit is not enough)
