Our opportunity:
The Area Franchise Lead (AFL) is a high-visibility, high-impact role which directly influences the continued growth and performance of Burger King across the EMEA South region, with strong focus on the French market.
Reporting to the General Manager, Burger King, EMEA South, you will work at the intersection of strategy, business development and execution, managing franchisee relationships, solving business challenges and helping shape the growth of an iconic global brand across some of the world’s most dynamic and strategic markets. You will partner with franchise partners and cross-functional stakeholders (including Operations, Development, Marketing, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain) to drive commercial results and scale the business.
You will gain end-to-end exposure across all key business levers - from operations and marketing to development and financial performance - while playing a critical role in expanding the brand’s footprint.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.
