AS&T Expert 100% (m/w/d)
Your Opportunities:
Provide technical and analytical expertise and support for product transfers and project management
Proactively identify and address project-related challenges to facilitate smooth execution of product transfers
Assist business development activities and due diligence processes & acquisition with analytical insights
Enhance in-house technical knowledge through analysis and expertise in oral solid dosage products
Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex analytical issues, leveraging expertise in method development and troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve deviations, out-of-specification results and other quality issues
Contribute to comprehensive investigation reports documenting root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive measures
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the robustness and reliability of analytical methods and procedures across sites
Assess scientific data to ensure informed decision-making regarding the feasibility and necessity of conducting BE studies
Who you are:
University Degree in Chemistry, Analytical or Pharmaceutical Chemistry or a related field is required. Master’s or PhD preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Pharma industry (solid oral dosage forms), including experience with various analytical techniques and instrumentation
Very good knowledge of English and German is preferred (oral and written)
Proficiency in techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, MS, NMR, Dissolution and other relevant analytical methods
Experience in developing and validating analytical methods according to regulatory standards.
Strong skills in data interpretation, statistical analysis and software tools relevant to analytical chemistry (e.g. Empower and statistical evaluation)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues in quality control laboratory, related to analytics and products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings, writing technical reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams internal and external
Proficient in implementing conflict resolution strategies that promote a positive and productive work environment
