How does your working day look like...

• You ensure smooth operations at your station, a clean kitchen, and a team that works hand in hand – even when the ticket list is long.

• You prepare dishes according to the prescribed standards and use records, and you monitor the compliance and implementation of hygiene guidelines.

• You stand for the high quality of our food and inspire our young chefs and apprentices to aim for this goal.

• You independently manage your station and actively support in all areas.
