Overview of Role

Your Next Career Move: Join Our Private Banking Team as a dynamic Assistant!

  • Play a key role in supporting the team with exceptional service for private banking clients.
  • Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with “Know Your Client” (KYC) processes and compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure flawless execution: Process, verify, and track trade orders, payments, and client requests with precision.
  • Be the communication hub: Engage with clients, their representatives, external asset managers, and subsidiaries; manage calls and emails professionally and take timely action.
  • Drive onboarding excellence: Support client onboarding and documentation workflows while staying current on regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and organize: Prepare and manage internal and external meetings, conference calls, and detailed meeting notes.
  • Create impactful materials: Develop presentations, pitches, and tailored client documents that make a strong impression.

Education & Qualifications

  • Completed commercial education or higher education.

Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • Previous experience in the financial industry is an advantage.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in financial markets and asset allocation.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
