For our store in Aubonne Outlet we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager with the following responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in driving store sales by ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
• Share accountability for the store’s actions, performance, and overall results.
• Assist in managing and controlling the store payroll budget to meet or exceed company expectations.
• Oversee and follow up on daily workload distribution among associates to ensure merchandising and visual presentation standards are met.
• Lead by example — motivate, coach, and train the team through hands-on engagement in daily operations.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a fashion retail environment.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience is a strong advantage.
• Passion for sales, fashion, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
• Strong merchandising and visual presentation abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) — required for communication with Headquarters.
• Additional foreign language skills are considered an asset.
