Assistant - Technology Risk - IT Audit / EMEIA Financial Services

In Assurance, you work in Technology Risk. We provide seamless, consistent and high-quality services to our clients around the world. Our Financial Services organisation is the only one among the Big 4 companies with functional and cross-country specialisation in the financial services sector.

The opportunity

• Gain insight into state-of-the-art IT environments and our global methodologies.


• Learn frontline thought leadership in response to today's changing market and new challenges.


• You will expand your expertise from project to project alongside our senior managers and partners.

Your key tasks

• Analyse, evaluate and optimise processes, structures and systems.


• Together with the team, you will audit operational IT systems and information portals from the perspective of internal control and risk and compliance management during the year-end closing process.


• This includes migration audits, third party certification, IT risk assessments, information security assessments as well as data analytics/information management.

Skills and attributes for success

What you offer

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or (Business) Information Technology (Uni/FH).


• Interest in advisory topics.


• Skills that will help you progress with us: Ability to work in a team, determination, willingness to work hard and quick comprehension skills.


• As an international company, we require English. German is a plus.

Ideally, you also have

• Previous experience in IT audit, IT risk or IT security, preferably with a financial services provider.


• CISA certification.
