Associate Director, International Accounting & Controlling

• Represent International Finance activities on Corporate and Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller requirements
• Liaise and guide Heads of Finance for all non-US locations on accounting related topics
• Oversight and coordination for Swiss Principal Balance Sheet activities with $3.2billion of Assets
• Oversight and coordination for multiple Swiss Legal Entities Balance Sheets
• Assess the need for monthly and quarterly cut off accruals as deemed required after deliberation with operational areas
• Review and approve reconciliations for the balance sheet accounts
• Prepare and review the monthly P&L Report for closing reviews
• Manage PWC US requests and inquiries for quarterly and year end US scope reporting
• Prepare and coordinate International Disclosures for SEC Filings
• Support monthly Balance Sheet flux commentary for Internal & External reporting
• Prepare and support revenue recognition assessments and conclusions
• Prepare analytics for quarterly internal memoranda
• Perform quarterly Balance Sheet Reviews for International Affiliates
• Perform access control and SOD reviews
• Assist with BAM access and PriceRight System approvals
• Cash Forecasting and Treasury activities support
• Assist with request from Corp Tax relating to accounting
• Strong understanding of Swiss Tax Legislation
• Perform finance review of monthly payroll activities as part of affiliate (SOX Control)
• Point of contact for Swiss HQ finance involvement in areas such as Pensions, Social Security, Ex Pats administration and other external organizations.
• Finance on-site training and support for local SOPs
• Finance general point of contact and support for Swiss locations

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role ideally in an international environment
• Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to details and ability to work under pressure
• High flexibility and ability to work with ambiguity
