Associate Director, Marketing

As Associate Director, Marketing your main purpose will be to drive performance of our MS portfolio in EU15 markets/International partner markets (IPM).

In this role you will provide strategic direction and be responsible to continuously evaluate the effectiveness and success of the processes and working principles of the marketing model – and suggest appropriate changes and action plans when necessary.

In addition, you will also work to challenge, develop and drive the operational planning processes in the EU15 markets/IPM while building strong collaborative teams that are able to work cross functionally and autonomously.

Primary Responsibilities
- Challenge, develop and drive the operational planning process and set the strategic direction for execution of this process in EU15 markets/IPM
- Take an active leadership role in driving, prioritizing and coordinating the deployment of EU+ marketing programs across the MS portfolio in EU15 markets/IPM. Be responsible for evaluating the performance of that process
- Track and measure the impact of the EU+ marketing programs and act with a sense of urgency to ensure necessary changes are made
- Drive and facilitate best practice sharing across EU+ in conjunction with the Regional Brand Teams
- Represent EU15 markets/IPM in international meetings

- 4-5 years’ experience & proven success in marketing or similar position
- Strong record of international experience and networking
- Proven track record of strong analytical capability, prioritizing skills and problem-solving ability
- 4 years’ exper
