Associate, Patients Services

• Support the team in scheduling Patients Services Governance Committees for the review/approval of the proposals; draft agenda/minutes and disseminate those to the relevant stakeholders
• Responsible of maintaining a central storage for defined critical documentation for Patients Support Programs
• Support the team in pre-populating the dashboard of the programs with new information (upon Governance Committee approval) to ensure central storage/awareness of the programs
• Support the team in compiling audit schedule/inspections calendar and facilitate audit readiness preparation and remediation
• Support the team in reviewing the Patients Support proposals package for completeness
• Support the team members on a project-base as required (e.g AOP/spent activities)

• 3+ years of industry experience required, preferred pharmaceutical
• Experience in document management/audit preparation

The Associate, Patients Services Medical Operation will be part of the newly creating group of Patients Services Operation ex-US within Medical. He/She will support the group in implementing new processes and guarantee Knowledge management of the programs within Biogen.
