We are currently looking for passionate and sophisticated Beauty Advisors to join us at the new CHANEL Boutique at Zurich Airport, where you will have the unique opportunity to engage with a diverse and international clientele in a dynamic, high-traffic environment.

Your Responsibilities:

✨ Offering personalised, high-quality consultations and selling CHANEL beauty, skincare, and fragrance products

✨ Providing a luxurious and memorable customer experience in line with CHANEL standards

✨ Ensuring excellent product presentation and supporting daily boutique operations

✨ Acting as a brand ambassador with a strong sense of aesthetics and elegance

Your Profile:

Experience in luxury retail or beauty sales

Strong interest in luxury cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance

Polished, elegant, and confident appearance

Excellent German and English skills – both are essential; additional languages are a plus

Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Team player with a refined sense of service and discretion

Proactive, well-organised, and resilient in a dynamic environment
