Role Context
Our client is a major international player in the Wealth Management industry, operating across Europe and Asia. Its global PMS (Portfolio Management System) platform supports critical business processes such as Advisory, Portfolio Management, Order Management, Suitability checks, and integration with central banking systems, securities referentials, and execution platforms.
The role sits within the Investment Services division, which oversees the functional implementation and evolution of a PMS solution built around Temenos TripleâA. This platform supports users across multiple countries and is undergoing significant transformation and modernization initiatives, with a particular focus on European locations (including Switzerland and Germany).
Functional management for this position is located in Asia, creating a highly multicultural and collaborative context.

Your Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst / Techno-Functional Analyst, you will contribute to both BAU activities and major transformation projects around the TripleâA platform.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Interaction
⢠Perform business analysis and act as the point of contact for external vendors, integrators, and business representatives.
⢠Gather, analyse, and clarify user requirements, including impact assessments.
⢠Enhance and structure the product backlog with detailed functional specifications.
⢠Ensure alignment of deliverables with business expectations through reviews and continuous communication.
⢠Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) for business processes.
Specifications & Documentation
⢠Produce or review General and Detailed Functional Specifications.
⢠Ensure complete and accurate documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
⢠Learn system functionalities and data flows to define evolutions of the functional architecture.
Quality Assurance, Testing & Support
⢠Review SIT test cases and support test execution phases.
⢠Prepare and assist with UAT activities.
⢠Contribute to incident analysis and support as needed.
⢠Ensure risks and issues are properly escalated.
Profil
Required Skills
Professional Skills
⢠5+ years of experience in business analysis within a software engineering or IT environment.
⢠Experience with transformation projects involving PMS or Core Banking systems.
⢠Strong knowledge of financial products, asset classes, and wealth management pricing mechanisms.
⢠Solid understanding of Portfolio Management, Advisory workflows, Risk Modelling, and Optimization.
⢠Knowledge of the order lifecycle, derivatives, and structured products.
⢠Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
⢠Experience with Waterfall and Scrum methodologies.
⢠Mandatory understanding of Wealth Management / Private Banking / Front Office processes.
⢠Design Thinking knowledge is a plus.
Technical Skills
⢠Mandatory techno-functional expertise on Temenos TripleâA, including:
o Architecture understanding
o Functional features
o Customisation (format/screen scripting)
⢠Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
⢠Awareness of cybersecurity principles.
⢠Product Owner or Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
Soft Skills
⢠Ability to work in multicultural environments (Europe + Asia).
⢠Professionalism, patience, and maturity.
⢠Strong teamwork and presentation skills.
Languages
⢠Fluent English (mandatory)
⢠French is a strong asset
⢠German is a plus
Experience
⢠Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree.
⢠Minimum 5 years of experience on the TripleâA platform.
⢠10 years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking environments.
The assignment is available immediately and based in Geneva.
