Job Description - Business Consultant / Airline & MRO / EMEA

passionate professionals to join a fascinating international work

Swiss-AS's Business Consultants are considered as
"tech-savvy" Airline/MRO TechOps experts bringing their practical
industry experience to guide our Airline & MRO customers
to implement AMOS in the best possible way.

Our top 3 selection criteria:









  1. Airline & MRO Supply Chain & Material Management practical business experience.

  2. Expert-level knowledge of AMOS and/or other ERP system.

  3. Project Management of digital implementation projects.

Your Main Tasks


  • Assess & Implement efficient "AMOS-based" MRO processes with a fully-configured AMOS Digital Ecosystem.

  • Including: AMOS modules for Supply Chain, Material forecasting and
    Reordering, plus, AMOSmobile/STORES and interfaces to/from 3rd party
    Digital Ecosystem softwares.

  • Define & Plan the scope and schedule of the customer's AMOS Implementation project from Kick-Off to Go-Live.

  • Share your expert knowledge with colleagues and actively participate
    in continuous upskilling within the digital TechOps and Project
    Management fields.

Competence Requirements


  • Minimum two years of practical aviation industry experience with
    knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and their relevant
    regulations.

  • Strong project management expertise, especially in scheduling, scoping and stakeholder analysis. (PMP Certification.)

  • Digital skills (software configuration, mobile-devices, API
    integrations, data) needed for the digitalization journey through
    mobility, paperless, e-signature, and integrations.

  • Process assessment through design mapping and value assessment (Value-Chain, Lean, BPMN).

  • Active and recent AMOS usage at the Key-User/Super-User knowledge level.

Social & Personal Requirements


  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to host workshops and to lead customer meetings confidently.

  • Collaboration & Teamwork with direct & transparent two-way communication and feedback.

  • Capacity to autonomously handle complex and changing project conditions.

  • Fluent in English, and other languages are an asset (especially German).

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Relocation to our company headquarters in Basel area (Switzerland).
