Active since the 1990s, our company offers solutions in debt collection, invoicing, and credit analysis. We support our B2B clients with digital tools and a strong results-driven approach.

Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Business Developer to expand our B2B client portfolio in the regions of: Broye Vaudoise, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Jura, Biel, and Bern. You will be responsible for structuring and energizing our commercial development.

Your Responsibilities

  • Carry out active and targeted field prospecting

  • Develop a new B2B client base and maintain long-term relationships

  • Attend professional events

  • Optimize sales processes and contribute to the commercial strategy

  • Use and enrich our internal CRM

Your Profile

  • Proven success with at least 5 years of B2B business development experience

  • Background in debt collection, invoicing, or financial software

  • Native French or German speaker with perfect command of the other language

  • Minimum English level B2 required

  • Good knowledge of or an established network in the designated regions

  • Comfortable with IT tools and CRM systems

  • Proactive mindset, field-driven, persuasive, and results-oriented

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively

  • You already reside in Switzerland (we cannot support work permit applications)
