Job Description - Business Development Manager (Industrial Project Logistics)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Project Logistics to join our team in Zurich.


Main responsibilities:



  •  Active search for new Customers in Europe region majoring in selling Project Logistics services;

  • Establishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with the Customers;

  •  Retention and development of existing  Customers;

  • Work with Sales Lists; on time closing of the set objectives;

  • Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and relating agreements; registering all the necessary requirements and agreements in the electronic document management system;

  •  Identification of regularity of Customer’s needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, projective) and registering the information in the Customer’s portfolio;

  • Evaluation of Customer satisfaction and the work on nonconformity;

  • Usage of the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales. 


Skills:



  • 5+ experience in Project Logistics Sales;

  • Good knowledge of English;

  • Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry;

  • Deep knowledge of Project Logistics transportation;

  • Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills;

  • Proactive approach;

  • Existing book of business will be a good advantage;

  • Ability to work both individually and in a team.
