Your mission

Du gewinnst neue KMU-Kunden aus der Deutschschweiz durch Selbstakquise und aus eigenem Netzwerk
Du gewinnst Partner im Rahmen des Affiliate-Programm
Du präsentierst unsere Web Applikation online oder vor Ort bei potentiellen Kunden
Du behandelst Einwände von potenziellen Kunden effektiv und kommunizierst unser Wertversprechen an Entscheidungsträger
Du verfolgst Industrie-Trends aktiv und baust ein extensives Know-How über unser Angebot (Produkt und Technologie) auf
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Account Management und dem Marketing-Team zusammen

Your profile

Min. 1 Jahr Erfahrung im B2B-Sales oder in der Finanzdienstleistungs-Branche
Freude an der Interaktion mit potenziellen Kunden via E-Mail, Telefon und anderen Kanälen
Hohe IT-Affinität: Die Arbeit mit verschiedenen Kommunikationstools, unserer Web-Applikation und dem CRM-Tool sind für dich keine Herausforderung. Du bist in der Lage die Prozesse nicht nur zu verstehen, sondern auch Verbesserungsvorschläge einzubringen
Du bist intrinsisch motiviert hochgesteckte Ziele regelmässig zu überschiessen und bestehende Prozesse zu optimieren
Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über ein breites KMU Netzwerk
