We are seeking a Business Management professional to support the Global Head of PB BLIS, a member of the Group Management Committee (GMC). In this role, you will provide executive support, coordinate strategic and governance activities, and facilitate collaboration across senior stakeholders within the Private Bank. The role offers exposure to key business priorities and strategic initiatives, contributing to the effective execution of organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted partner to the Global Head of PB BLIS on governance, strategic priorities and organizational objectives.
Prepare executive briefings, committee papers, presentations and decision-making materials for senior management and governance forums.
Coordinate and track key business priorities, strategic initiatives and organizational deliverables across the PB BLIS organization.
Drive stakeholder management and collaboration across Private Bank, Wealth Management and Infrastructure functions.
Monitor governance actions, management decisions and project milestones, ensuring timely execution and follow-through.
Support executive communications, management reporting and senior leadership engagement activities.
Skills:
Experience in Business Management, COO Office, Executive Office, Strategy, Governance or Project Management within financial services.
Strong understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management or broader banking environments.
Proven experience supporting senior executives and preparing materials for management, committee or board-level audiences.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across complex organizations.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills would be considered an advantage.
