Business Operations (Working Student 30%-60%)

What you do

• Own our inbound pipeline. Manage leads, support sales planning, and help us grow.
• Support our clients. Organise onboarding, coordinate events, and ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Work with the founders. Help drive strategic projects and business development initiatives.
• Shape our brand. Bring your creativity to marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Champion customer success. Collaborate on strategies that truly help users get value.

What we’re looking for

• Well-organized. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively!
• Fluent in German & English. Excellent communication in both languages is essential.
• Confident & communicative. You enjoy talking to people and representing something meaningful.
