Buyer Fast Track

We are looking for a Buyer – Category focus Fast Track with a strong commercial and analytical mindset to manage a product category end-to-end, from strategic definition through in-store performance, ensuring full alignment with business objectives, customer needs and profitability.

This role combines data-driven decision making, strong product sensitivity and agility, within a fast-paced, international and highly dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the category and buying strategy.
• Analyze sales performance, sell-through, margins and KPIs to optimize assortment and results.
• Work cross-functionally with Design, Production, Logistics and Retail teams.
• Manage the buying budget, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Select suppliers and lead negotiations on pricing, volumes and delivery timelines.
• Define quantities, replenishment and adjustments based on customer behavior and market performance.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from development to in-store delivery.
• Identify improvement opportunities based on market trends, commercial data and feedback.
• Travel to markets and suppliers as required.

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Fashion or similar.
• Previous experience as a Buyer, Category Manager, Product Manager or similar role within retail/fashion.
• Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
• High product sensitivity and understanding of the end customer.
• Ability to make decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Advanced Excel and analytical tools skills.
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel.
