Job Description - CEO Assistent/in

Aufgabenbereich

Administrative und organisatorische Begleitung des CEO und von Geschäftsleitungsmitglieder
Vorbereitung von Sitzungsunterlagen und derer Planung für verschiedene Führungsgremien
Führung des Protokolls und Nachbearbeitung von Besprechungen
Koordination von Veranstaltungen
Kommunikationsmanagement zwischen verschiedenen Interessensgruppen und Vorstand
Terminkoordination für die Unternehmensleitung

Anforderungsprofil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
Weiterbildung zur Direktionsassistentin von grossem Vorteil
Berufserfahrung im oben erwähnten Aufgabengebiet
Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und gute Französischkenntnisse
Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Genauigkeit, rasche Auffassungsgabe, vernetztes Denken
Proaktives Handeln
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Palette
Hohe Flexibilität bezüglich Arbeitszeiten
Positive und gewinnende Persönlichkeit
