Channel Mgr Sr

Detect untapped markets and establish strategies for increasing revenue from current accounts. Build and implement a business development and revenue plan with your assigned partners. Generate leads, nurture and expand existing relationships, and identify opportunities for potential future growth. Have a deep understanding of Zebra\u0027s software and hardware products and services, along with competitor offerings, and be able to educate partners/customers in a persuasive yet engaging manner. Manage partner C-Level relationships, including financial (revenue) and legal (contractual) interactions. Identify training and development requirements. Manage your own quota of key accounts and ensure they are retained and developed. Work towards a set of KPIs. Assist in product placement and promotional activities to increase sales together with our distributors. Perform business reviews and recommend improvements. Manage sales activities and maintain sales records and reports. Bachelor\u0027s in business management or equivalent work experience. 5-8 years of experience in a Channel account management role. Proficient level of German and English languages (French or Italian is a plus) Experienced in Solution Selling concepts to customer situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \u0027Hunter\u0027 mentality. Knowledge of the Channel partner concept Experience managing Partner Program is a plus Ability to travel across Switzerland.
