Chargé(e) de projets évènementiels - CDD 7 mois

VOTRE MISSION :

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables des différents marchés de notre Maison afin de venir en support de l’activité commerciale de ces départements, tout en reportant au responsable événementiel du Groupe ;
• Elaborer des plans d’actions intégrés au niveau des différents marchés mais aussi à un niveau régional ou semi-régional ;
• Développer, gérer et implémenter, tout en restant dans le cadre de la stratégie Marketing du Groupe, un calendrier d’événements ;
• Recourir à d’autres leviers – communication, publicité, sponsoring – en fonction des besoins du business ;
• Analyser les besoins du Chef de marché et venir en support de ses besoins évènementiels en la matière ;
• Exécuter des plans d’actions répondant aux standards d’excellence de la Maison : respect des échéances, de la qualité et des budgets ;
• Force de proposition au niveau des concepts et de l’exécution.

VOTRE PROFIL :

• 3-5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projets événementiels et de préférence une bonne connaissance du milieu de la banque privée ;
• Maîtrise parfaite des différentes facettes de l’élaboration et de l’exécution d’événements pour une clientèle exigeante ;
• Langue maternelle française ainsi qu’une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (parlé et écrit) ; l’italien et l’espagnol, des atouts ;
• Sensibilité à avoir dans le domaine de risques liés à l’industrie de la banque privée ;
• Grand sens de l’organisation ;
• Très bonne présentation et contact facile ;
• Autonome, capacité de communication et de conviction ;
• Aptitude à gérer le stress et les priorités dans le respect des délais ;
• Domicile en Suisse
