We are seeking a proactive, warm-hearted, and quick-thinking Client Experience & Activation Specialist to lead our customer loyalty initiatives—and ensure every detail of the client journey is handled with care.

Client Experience & Activation Specialist (60%-100%)

Location: Wollerau, Switzerland

Your Responsibilities
• Analyze client data to identify dormant clients and re-engagement opportunities
• Concept and execute thoughtful gestures, client activations, and small brand events
• Surprise and delight our community with tailored outreach - never generic, always personal
• Handle daily client requests: parcel tracking, repairs, special orders, and thoughtful follow-ups
• Ensure a consistently smooth and elevated client experience across all touchpoints
• Coordinate with logistics, retail, and marketing to resolve any issue with speed and precision

Your Profile
• Empathetic and service-minded - you thrive when making others feel seen and valued
• Highly organized and resourceful - you find solutions quickly and independently
• Analytical and creative - you enjoy turning customer data into meaningful action
• Background in luxury fashion, hospitality, or high-end client services is a strong plus
• Fluent in both German and English is a must; additional languages are a bonus
