Your area of responsibility
-Undertake dynamic sales and marketing efforts to achieve our ambitious growth targets

-Manage and expand a profitable life and annuity reinsurance portfolio

-Actively manage relationships with clients, prospects and brokers

-Prepare marketing material, prepare and implement marketing plan

-Analyse offers and conduct contracts negotiations

-Manage internal approval processes including documentation

Your strengths
-University degree or advanced business degree

-A minimum of five years of experience in life reinsurance in a similar position, with portfolio responsibility

-Experience at least in either UK or North-American market is a must

-Team player, excellent communication skills, flair to conduct negotiations, willing to go the extra mile

-Fluency in English is a must, additional languages (German etc.) an asset
