Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to drive planning, forecasting, and performance improvement.
- Analyze sales trends and variances to deliver actionable insights.
- Structure deals for profitability and reduce aged debt.
- Provide clear, strategic reporting across business lines and verticals.
- Lead pricing tool development and training aligned with Corporate.
- Support ROI reviews, deal postmortems, and usage tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce order issues and boost enablement.
- Deliver insights for strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and strong financial controls
Skills
- Degree in Economics or certified Financial Accountant with previous experience in commercial finance supporting Sales.
- Analytical, results-driven, and adaptable—thrives in dynamic environments and tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills (macros/VBA), strong in PowerPoint and Word; familiar with TM1/Hyperion and Salesforce.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator with experience in matrixed organizations.
- Ownership mindset: proactive, curious, and solution-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
- Fluent in German and English.
