As a Community Manager at Nestlé Research, your mission is to strengthen employee engagement, belonging, and connection across Nestlé Research and the wider Research and Development community. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with employees, leaders, sites, functions, and communities.

How you’ll make an impact as a Community Manager

• Strengthening employee engagement and belonging through meaningful initiatives that connect people across sites and communities.


• Creating engaging communication moments, campaigns, events, and digital content that inspire participation and shared purpose.


• Listening to employees and turning community insights (e.g. through surveys) into relevant actions that improve the employee experience.


• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels to connect people needs with business priorities.


• Facilitating conversations and translating complex topics into clear, accessible messages that build understanding and momentum.


• Delivering initiatives with structure, creativity, and quality to create visible impact for employees and the organization.
  
  

What will make you successful

• Bringing strong experience in employee engagement, internal communications, community management, events, or related community-building fields.


• Applying creativity, storytelling, and digital communication skills to design engaging formats, campaigns, and content.


• Using strong project management and organizational skills to deliver several initiatives in parallel with quality and impact.


• Collaborating confidently with diverse stakeholders, including leaders, while influencing with diplomacy and a solution-oriented mindset.


• Communicating fluently in English; working proficiency in French is a strong asset.

• Bringing collaboration, fresh thinking, bold questions, respect, and a positive, wellbeing-oriented mindset, to create shared value.
