Consolidation and Financial Analyst

Great opportunity to work as a Consolidation and Financial Analyst! 

You will play a pivotal role in our Finance department, participating in the consolidation of financial data, analysing business performance and providing key insights for process improvement. ROLE

Financial Consolidation & Reporting:
•    Participate in financial consolidation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standard
•    Participate in the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
•    Participate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS

Business Support & Analysis:
•    Provide support to SICPA entities worldwide for closing activities
•    Analyze financial data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for process improvement

Continuous Improvement:
•    Be part of continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting methodologies 

PROFILE

The successful candidate is proactive, analytical and continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the company's success. They demonstrate adaptability, a positive mindset and a strong willingness to learn. 
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
•    Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, consolidation or audit
•    Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
•    Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to understand the big picture
•    Excellent Excel skills
•    Experience in SAP Group Reporting and SAP S/4HANA is highly valued. Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI is a plus
•    Fluent in English and French
