Job Description - Consolidation System Manager

Your role and responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing ownership of the Company’s OneStream financial consolidation platform. This role acts as the global subject matter expert for the consolidation system, ensuring reliable, consistent, and well-controlled financial consolidation across a complex, multinational organization. The role works closely with Group Controlling, IS, and external implementation partners to deliver a scalable consolidation solution and to provide day-to-day system expertise once the platform is live.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the OneStream financial consolidation system (design, build, testing, deployment), partnering with IS and external consultants, and manage the legacy HFM system until OneStream go-live.

  • Translate accounting, consolidation, and reporting requirements into OneStream system design and configuration, including parent company and stand-alone reporting, consolidation logic, ownership structures, eliminations, currency translation, intercompany processes, and reporting hierarchies.

  • Act as the global OneStream system owner and subject matter expert, managing day-to-day system operations, metadata, rules, mappings, hierarchies, enhancements, and troubleshooting consolidation results and system behavior.

  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, controls, and documentation; manage upgrades, patches, and new OneStream functionality to ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards.

  • Develop and deliver user training and materials, and serve as the key liaison with Controlling, Finance, IS, external partners, and auditors on consolidation system design, logic, and outputs.



Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience with financial consolidation systems within a multinational organization, including hands-on experience implementing and/or managing OneStream (implementation leadership strongly preferred).

  • Experience managing complex global consolidations, including multiple currencies, legal entities, management reporting structures, and intercompany eliminations; manufacturing industry experience preferred.

  • Strong OneStream configuration knowledge (workflows, business rules, dimensionality, reporting, and data integration).

  • Ability to explain technical system behavior in clear, practical terms to finance users.

  • Experience working with ERP source systems (e.g., S4) and data integration processes.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across Finance, IS, and global teams; self-starter with strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable operating as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior finance leadership and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
