Job Description

• Work on interesting projects of varying complexity in new construction, refurbishment and fit-out across Switzerland
• Coordination of internal and external project stakeholders
• Negotiations with customers, owners, operators, contractors, consultants and authorities
• Project monitoring throughout project lifecycle
• Preparation of cost estimates and cost reports
• Preparation of specifications, coordination of tenders and their evaluation
• Direct, goal-oriented and adequate communication with all project participants

The Successful Applicant

• 5 years relevant experience in Switzerland in project management
• Fluency in German and excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Swiss German is an advantage
• Successfully completed education in project management, architecture or construction
• Problem solving and time management skills
• A self-driven personality with strong attention to detail
• The ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
• Motivated to be part of a rapidly expanding team and play a key role in the country development
• Experienced handling of MS Office, including MS Project
