YOUR CAPCO DAY 

• Participate in dynamic projects for both existing and new clients within the Banking and Insurance industries, with the flexibility to work on client premises anywhere in Switzerland. 


• Provide expert advice to clients in defining and developing products and solutions within the cards and payments domain. 


• Contribute to all project phases, including strategy definition, product design support, planning, budgeting, deliverables, risk assessment, tracking, and reporting. 


• Collaborate with technology teams to translate client needs and objectives into actionable implementation plans, breaking down business requirements into user stories and detailed specifications. 


• Manage project dependencies and work closely with various stakeholders across client organizations on a daily basis. 


• Operate in a flexible and agile work environment. 

YOUR CAPCO-FIT 

• Educational Background: At least bachelor’s degree 


• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or consulting, with a specialization in payments, cards or related integration fields. 


• Attitude and Initiative: A proactive approach with a strong enthusiasm for initiating and driving change, finding satisfaction and motivation in developing new solutions. 


• Skill Set: Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication skills and self-starter. 


• Language Proficiency: Proficient in German and English both at a C1 level or higher. 


• Relations and contact points within the payment community 


• Candidates must have in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas: 
  
  
  
  • Payment Standards: Expertise in payment standards like ISO20022 including SIC, SWIFT (MX, MT), and their IP variants as well as in end-to-end payments process 
  
  
  • Card Issuing and Acquiring: Deep understanding of card issuing and acquiring processes. 
  
  
  • Technical Payment Integration: Proficiency in integrating payment or card solutions into core banking systems, service bureaus and card processors. 
  
  
  
  


• Additional Desirable Skills 
  
  
  
  • Ability to create professional presentations and present effectively to different audiences. 
  
  
  • Experience with Project Management Office or Project Management capabilities. 
  
  
  • Experience in Business Analysis or Technical Analysis.
