Corporate Actions Specialist (12-month contract)

Join our dynamic Operations team within the Custodian Activities Group and play a key role in managing corporate actions and securities operations for a diverse range of financial products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment and collaborate with both internal stakeholders and leading external partners.

YOUR ROLE

• Handle and process corporate actions impacting investment funds for internal and external clients.

• Ensure accurate and timely notification and booking of transactions.

• Build strong relationships with custodian banks, fund administrators, and internal teams.

• Manage instructions and notifications for events such as dividends, splits, mergers, and capital increases.

• Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies to support optimal decision-making.

• Drive process improvements and keep procedures up to date.

YOUR PROFILE

• 2–3 years of experience in banking operations (Investment Funds and/or Corporate Actions).

• Solid understanding of financial instruments and operational workflows.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a demanding environment.

• Team player with adaptability and a proactive mindset.

• Fluent in French and English.

• Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
