We are currently looking for a Counterparty Account Manager. In the role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, and the starting date is as soon as possible at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• Act as dedicated account manager and go-to-person for internal relationship managers for counterparties

• Lead the entire front-to-back onboarding and life-cycle management of counterparties

• Complete detailed counterparty questionnaires and due diligence documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with internal policies and establish and keep updated an inventory of template responses  

• Coordinate KYC/AML checks with internal compliance experts, collect and maintain updated documentation from stakeholders according to counterparty requirements

• Provide full lifecycle account coverage for existing counterparties, monitoring regulatory status and ensuring alignment with applicable requirements

• Identify and drive process improvements and efficiency gains, including automation opportunities

• Act as a central liaison between internal relationship managers and subject matter experts

• Conduct market research and contribute to shaping product and partnership strategies   

• 3+ years of experience in banking, custody, financial data, or a similar field

• A hands-on, solution-driven personality with a strong sense of ownership

• Proven ability to take initiative and lead efficiently

• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Strong interest in blockchain and digital assets, with a particular focus on crypto markets

• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in German and an additional European language is a plus
