Job Description - Customer Marketing Manager

Brame, a dynamic B2B MarTech startup headquartered in Switzerland, seeks a passionate and experienced Customer Marketing Manager to join our team in Hamburg or Zurich. We are dedicated to revolutionizing the world of gamification marketing and helping businesses across industries enhance their customer journey with interactive and cutting-edge experiences.

Brame offers an in-house developed Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for Gamification marketing that allows businesses to create their marketing game in minutes without additional coding. Marketing games boost revenue growth, retention, loyalty, subscriptions, app downloads, and customer engagement throughout the customer journey. Brame’s concept works similarly to that of common website builders like SquareSpace or Wix. Instead of websites, hundreds of various marketing games such as product matchmakers, advent calendars, scratch cards, and quizzes can be easily created using drag-and-drop and adapted to the desired functionality and corporate identity.

Become a Bramer and help us build and shape state-of-the-art customer marketing in B2B SaaS by crafting persuasive use cases, dynamic success stories, and comprehensive content showcasing the power of our gamification software.

Main responsibilities:

  • Own, refine, and further develop our customer marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with our clients and customer success team to extract in-depth insights to create impactful use cases and more elaborate case studies
  • Diligently manage and refresh our digital library of use cases and case studies
  • Create relevant, educational, expert content on gamification best practices and strategies such as:
    • Evolving gamification trends
    • Winning strategies and campaigns
    • Practical tools, advice, and features
  • Manage, organize, and promote meaningful in-person and virtual events (for customers and prospects)
  • Shape, execute, and further develop our email strategy for customer nurturing
  • Support account and success management teams in both reviving at-risk accounts and enhancing seasonal user engagement
  • Support our success management team by creating debriefing and workshop presentations

Your skills and experience:

Requirements 

  • 3-5 years of professional-level experience in B2B customer marketing required
  • Experience in creating relevant, educational, expert content
  • Experience in organizing in-person and virtual events
  • Experience in email marketing
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills in English and German
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Curiosity to become a subject matter expert in the field of Gamification marketing
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS / Tech is preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Pardot, or Hubspot is preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scaleup environment is preferred
